This session will showcase how PETRONAS utilized business process as a basis for organization transformation by:
a) Using APQC's Process Classification Framework® (PCF) as guidance on defining high level business processes and new operating model, b) Defining role, competency, and technology requirements through business process, c) Designing new operating model based on business process, and, d) Implementing change towards new way of working anchoring to business process.
Improvements of productivity, empowerment culture and key process measurement are some of the results from implementing business process changes. Participants will see a simple and practical illustrated guide on designing new organization and implementing change.
