Cindy Hubert

As APQC’s inaugural Fellow in Knowledge Management (KM), Cindy Hubert is responsible for building upon the organization’s rich legacy as one of the foremost innovators and leaders in the field of Knowledge Management. Over her 30 years with APQC, Cindy Hubert has been instrumental in building the organization’s intellectual capital in KM through the design and implementation of various tools, methodologies, and research practices. With APQC Chairman Carla O'Dell, Cindy co-authored the book The New Edge in Knowledge: How Knowledge Management Is Changing the Way We Do Business.

Jeff Varney

As a director and part of APQC's management team, Jeff Varney implements business process management and performance improvement, knowledge management, custom benchmarking, quality management, and performance measurement initiatives for APQC clients, always with a strong focus on effective change management. Jeff has extensive experience with enterprise projects across multiple industries, including software development, banking, insurance, military, and space. He coordinates research, education and hands-on support with clients for process and performance management and improvement.

Lynda Braksiek

In her role as Principal Research Lead, Knowledge Management, Lynda Braksiek develops and executes APQC’s agenda for knowledge management research. Lynda brings more than 20 years of experience to APQC leading and implementing knowledge management strategies and capabilities in the aerospace, pharmaceutical, and insurance industries. Her background resides in establishing and driving organizational change initiatives and frameworks, defining and delivering knowledge management and engagement strategies, and leading learning and development programs.

Madison Lundquist

As Principal Research Lead, Madison Lundquist develops and executes APQC’s research agenda for process and performance management and serves as subject matter expert. She interviews leading organizations on their practices, identifies key findings from the research projects, and shares the approaches and best practices organizations use to manage process, improve organizational agility, and continuously improve. In addition, Madison is involved in process documentation efforts at APQC by working cross-functionally to ensure all processes are documented and available to staff.
