Manager, Survey and Analytics Hub

As Manager of the Survey and Analytics Hub, Benjamin Knoll, Ph.D., leads a shared service team that provides survey design and analysis support for APQC’s more than 75 annual research projects. In this newly created position, Benjamin coaches, mentors, and leads individuals who support this vital aspect of APQC’s mission and work.
Benjamin brings more than 10 years of experience in survey design, statistical modeling and analysis, data management, and data visualization as a researcher and principal investigator working in higher education, government, and private foundations. In those capacities, he has published more than 30 research articles, books, and reviews.
Benjamin received his doctorate and master’s degrees in political science from University of Iowa. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Utah State University. Most recently, Benjamin received his Diploma of Anglican Studies from Bexley Seabury Episcopal Seminary in Chicago, Illinois.
