Stacey will share the context of the starting point of our journey, how teams were brought together to co-create the playbook content, how APQC's library of material influenced the structure and outcome while helping to advance the effort despite resistance, where we are today, and how we have designed an approach to sustain and continuously improve the playbook as our BPM maturity evolves.
